Rice balls is an easy snack or appetizer made with left over rice and deep fried. I hope you like this recipe........
Rice Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup leftover rice
2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
oil for frying balls
Method:
1: Mash the rice and mix all the ingredients.
2: Make small balls of the mixture and shallow fry in the oil on medium heat til they turns to golden brown or crispy.
3: Serve with tomato sauce as a snack.
