Eggless Apple cake

I had half dozen of apples in fridge. So i thought to make apple cake. The recipe was simple, easy, yummy and the cake came out very well. It was very moist and fluffy. I was very happy when i saw the cake as i was new to baking. Lets follow these steps for this yummy and delicious cake.

Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
2 apples, grated
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsps condensed milk
2 tbsps raisins
1/4 cup milk

Method:

1: Preheat the oven at 350 deg F. Grease the baking pan.

2: Sieve together all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt twice and keep aside.

3: Beat sugar and butter together.

4: Combine all the ingredients. Stir until mixture is smooth and without lumps and pour into the baking pan.

5: Bake it for about 40-45 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6: Remove from the oven and let it cool for sometime.
