Vermicelli Vada / Semiya Vada

Serve the crispy, hot and yummy Vermicelli Vada / Semiya Vada with tomato sauce as evening snack.

Vermicelli Vada / Semiya Vada

Ingredients:

2 cups vermicelli / semiya
1 cup curd
1/2 onion, finely chopped
salt to taste
5 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
coriander leaves, finely chopped
oil for frying

Method:

1: Soak vermicelli / semiya in curd and keep aside for 1 hour.

2: Mix all the ingredients in the soaked vermicelli / semiya except oil.

3: Make small balls and deep fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
